1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Getmestaff ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform.
• You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

3. Verification and Trust

We reserve the right to verify the identity and credentials of both Job Seekers and Employers. Submission of fraudulent documents or misrepresentation of identity/qualifications will result in immediate account termination and permanent ban from the Platform.

4. Employer Obligations

• Job postings must be accurate and represent real, available positions.
• Employers must not charge candidates any fees for application, interview, or placement.
• Purchased job slots are non-transferable and must be used in accordance with our slot policies.

5. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Platform. By submitting, posting or displaying content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
